Peter, Paul and Jude Okoye have been building the new house at Parkview Estate since June last year. The new house, which will also be a twin duplex like their Omole Estate home, will be called Squareville2. Squareville2 is costing them more than their Omole Estate mansion. I gathered exclusively that the Okoye boys bought the land in Parkview Estate for N200million and will spend another N200m to erect their dream home. They will be shuttling between their Omole home and this new one, which will be completed before the end of the year. They also have massive structures in the North

…Super Eagles conquer Africa : PHOTOS
At a packed FNB Stadium, Johannesburg in South Africa, Sunday Mba’s splendid strike on the 40th minute was enough to hand the Super Eagles the Africa Cup of Nations trophy for the third time. Against the Stallions of Burkina Faso in the final match,
Nigeria dominated proceedings from start to finish. The score line would have been more but for poor marksmanship on the part of the Nigerian strikers. The solitary strike came with a flourish. Victor Moses’ shot from inside the area was blocked by the Burkinabes’ defence. The ball met Mba, who flicked it past one defender before poking his strike past keeper Daouda Diakite. Nigeria did not let off the attacking blitz as they pressed for more goals.
The Super Eagles twice went close to scoring inside a minute. Victor Moses got close from two yards out but he was denied by keeper Daouda Diakite, then Brown Ideye failed to get on the end of a ball across goal.
Stephen Keshi captained Nigeria to the 1994 title now he has coached the Super Eagles to their third Africa Cup of Nations title. It is the first time in 21 years that a black African coach has won the cup – Ivory Coast’s Yeo Martial was the last to do so in 1992.After Nigeria and Burkina Faso played out a 1-1 draw in their group match early on in the competition, the Super Eagles had grown in stature and went into the game as favourites.
Meanwhile, there were wild scenes of celebrations across major cities of Nigeria last night as citizens poured into the streets to toast the Super Eagles win. Fireworks lit up Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory and other parts of the country.
President Goodluck Jonathan congratulated the Super Eagles and all Nigerians on the country’s inspiring victory in the AFCON 2013 finals in Johannesburg.President Jonathan in a statement by his special adviser on media and publicity, Dr. Reuben Abati, thanked Coach Stephen Keshi and all members of the team who have worked very hard and played with great focus, dedication, artistry and patriotism to make Nigeria the proud champions of Africa once again after 19 years of setbacks in the competition.
The President also commended the Minister of Sports, Mr. Bolaji Abdullahi, the Chairman and members of the Nigerian Football Federation and all others who have contributed to the astonishing transformation of the Super Eagles from underdogs to gallant winners and glorious soccer champions of the African continent.President Jonathan said he believes that the team’s amazing transformation from rank outsiders to champions is a clear manifestation of the even greater successes the country can achieve in all other fields of human endeavour if all Nigerians come together and devote their immense collective energies and resources to supporting the implementation of his Administration’s Agenda for National Transformation.
He said as the entire nation celebrates Nigeria’s remarkable triumph in South Africa, he wants all Nigerians to imbibe the positive lessons of the Super Eagles’ success because the fulfillment of the country’s immense potentials for greatness will be more speedily attained if more Nigerians resolve to emulate the team’s exemplary unity of purpose, dedication, commitment and devotion to service of the nation. The President also noted that he believes that having conquered Africa, the new Super Eagles can go on to achieve even greater glory at the World Cup in Brazil next year. He assures the team that it will receive every necessary support and encouragement from the Federal Government for that next national assignment.
President Jonathan thanked the Government of South Africa and the Confederation of African Football for a well-organised tournament and looks forward to receiving the victorious Super Eagles in Abuja on Tuesday.

Mali 3-1 Ghana: Eagles stun Black Stars to win Afcon bronze
The Eagles of Mali have repeated last year's exploit by beating the Black Stars of Ghana to grab the bronze medal at Orange Africa Cup of Nations, South Africa 2013.
The Eagles who lost to the Black Starsof Ghana in the group stage sailed to a 3-1 win over the Black Stars on Saturday evening to clinch third spot at the tournament that wraps up on Sunday.
The Malians equally pipped Ghana to third place at the 2012 edition in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea after losing to the Ghanaians in the group stage.
Mali's emblematic captain, Seydou Keita gave his side a two-goal cushion at the 47' after Mahamadou Samassa had broken the deadlock on 21'. Ghana had a chance to reduce the score in the second half from the penalty spot but top scorer Mubarak Wakasso pulled his shot wide above the cross bar.
However, the Black Stars did manage to pull one back through Kwadwo Asamoah at 82' but it was too late for Ghana to complete the come back as they went on conceding a third goal.
Mali's Sigamary Diarra sealed the 3-1 score line right at the death setting the hundreds of Malian supporters into euphoria. This year's AFCON had taken virtually the same course for both teams as last year: Ghana defeated Mali in the group stage and then bowed to Mali in the bronze final.
The Black Stars of Ghana have vie for the third place four times and have won only once, which was at the Ghana 2008 AFCON where they beat Côte D'Ivoire 4-2.

President Jonathan In London Clinic Over Intestinal Problems and Babangida’s Leg Disease Worsens
An intestinal problem has forced President Jonathan to cancel a planned surprise visit to the Super Eagles in South Africa, medical sources in London said today.
The Nigeria president, who is on a whirlwind three-nation trip to Egypt, the United Kingdom and France, had planned to surprise the Super Eagles in South Africa following their qualification for the final of the African Cup of Nations last Wednesday.
However, in London Mr. Jonathan came down with an intestinal disorder referred to as Amoebic Colitis and he underwent testing at the London Clinic on Harley Street. The clinic is highly favoured by Nigeria’s rich and powerful.
A medical source told Sahara reporters that Mr. Jonathan’s situation is not worrisome but that the persistent nature of the condition meant the president had to undergo some screenings. It was not clear why he did not undertake the screenings in Abuja, where State House has an excellent clinic manned by a largely idle staff.
Meanwhile, former Nigerian dictator Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida was also sighted at the InterContinental Hotel in London limping on one leg. Mr. Babangida was helped into a vehicle by two aides on his way to a hospital in the city.It was not clear if President Jonathan previously knew of Babangida’s stay at the same hotel but the two met briefly as Babangida struggled to get to his car.
Mr. Jonathan is expected to arrive in France on Monday, according to his itinerary, but it is unclear if his health issue will force a change. Mr. Jonathan’s wife, Patience, last month returned to hospital in Germany following new health concerns.
The president has detailed the Senate President, David Mark, to cheer on the Super Eagles to victory in their final match against Burkina Faso tomorrow.A presidency source said the President plans a massive reception for the Super Eagles in Abuja on Tuesday night.
Following decades of irresponsible management of the Nigerian economy, including failure to develop the health sector, Nigeria’s leaders and their families routinely hurry off to the developed world to squander valuable foreign exchange even on minor health procedures. Two years ago, Babangida’s wife died in a hospital in California. Prior to that, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo’s wife died in a hospital in Spain.

Nigerian actress Yetunde Akilapa sent to kirikiri prison
Nollywood actress,Yetunde Akilapa, was on Thursday sent to Kirikiri Prison, Apapa, Lagos for allegedly being in possession of 100 master keys..
Miss Akilapa was on Wednesday detained at the Alade Divisional Police headquarters in Somolu, Lagos following a complaint lodged by a complainant, accusing the actress of stealing the 100 master keys found on her.According to a statement written by her at the police headquarters, it was not the first time the suspect would be accused of stealing.
She said: “There was a day she came home to see my relative and when I opened her bag after she went to the toilet I found a phone that was later found to have been stolen. We seized the phone from her and returned it to the owner despite her denying that she did not steal the phone.”When the case came up at the Magistrate’s Court in Somolu on Thursday, the police prosecutor, Inspector Anyanwu, told the court that Miss Akilapa was arrested by a mob that accused her of conspiracy and stealing of bunches of keys. The offence, according to the prosecutor, is punishable under section 383, 516 and 517 criminal code of Lagos state. In her response to the charge during the court session, the accused, who claimed to be trained by popular actor Abbey Lanre, said: “I have featured in about five films including Aiyelaba.“I produced Bunmi Akata which I use a bunch of 100 keys to act. I am also a makeup artist.“On the day I was arrested, a woman named Mama Ayoola, called me and said that I should bring weaveon for her.
I did not know Mama Ayoola was not living at that compound. When I got there, I asked a girl about Mama Ayoola and she directed me to knock on the next door.“ An Igbo man peeped from the door and said Mama Ayo was not living there. And as I was about going out, the mob pounced on me, searched my bags and found the hundred keys with the weaveon. They later handed me over to the policemen at Alade Divisional headquarters.”The accused pleaded not guilty to the charges and the magistrate, Justice Mrs. E.A. Adekomaya, granted her bail in the sum of N14,000 with two sureties who must own a landed property in Lagos, with evidence of paying tax to Lagos state government.
The case was adjourned till 12 March, 2013, while the defendant was moved to Kirikiri prison in Apapa, Lagos pending when she could perfect her bail conditions..

TOUCHING STORY Of Victor Moses That Will Make You Cry (MUST READ)
This is the story of a young boy whose parents were murdered during 2002 riots in Kaduna. He was aged 11 years at the time. His parents, Mr Austine and Mrs Josephine Moses, were missionaries until they met their untimely death.
The boy left his house to play football but returned home to see that all his parents had laboured for had been razed down and he would never see his mother and father again.
He was taken to London by his uncle almost immediately after the incident. While in London, he began deploying his football skills.Though his parents were murdered, his passion for football was never killed. He played football for his school and later for a local Tandrige League club until Crystal Palace FC approached him.
From that point, his career progressed in leaps and bounds. This player played for England's under 16, 17, 19 and 21 teams between 2005 and 2010 scoring 11 goals for England during this period.
He later moved to Wigan Athletic and now he plays for Chelsea.
This footballer is called VICTOR MOSES.
His story is a touching one, I share his pains. I also share his courage. He had a choice not to step into Nigeria again but he didn't take that option.
When the call to serve his fatherland came, Moses dumped England and embraced Nigeria...That is patriotism!Today, we see a Victor Moses bringing joy to every Nigerian including those who may have inspired his parent's death...That is Love!
On Sunday, Moses would stand for the National Anthem and pledge allegiance to a country that couldn't defend his parents...That is faith!
Moses would deliver the "African Cup of Nations" trophy to Nigeria not minding what had happened in the past... That is forgiveness!
Moses rose through bitterness and despair to the limelight of hope and courage. He never gave up on his country. He persevered... That is purpose!
If someone like Victor Moses, despite the bitter past, never gave up on Nigeria, then why should we....! ONE NIGERIA
Eagles need Moses, Emenike for final – Keshi
An excited Super Eagles’ Coach, Stephen Keshi, is fervently praying for the quick recovery of his injured strikers, Emmanuel Emenike and Victor Moses, insisting that both players are key to the final on Sunday.
Keshi, who dedicated the victory against Mali to God said he was hopeful that both players would be cleared by the team doctors and certified fit to be ready for the final game.“I’m hoping that the both Moses and Emenike are going to be okay after proper scans and examinations.
We need everyone for the final game because every player is important to our preparation for the final.” Keshi, speaking on the team’s improved form, said he knew that the first three games were going to be difficult, but that after that, things were going to be better. “I want to thank God that we’re in the final despite leaving out key players from the squad for the Nigerian domestic league.
Not only skillful players could do the job for you in a tournament, but any player that could work for the team was what we need hence the decision to take six players along with us.”
On the Mali side that he had once coached, Keshi gave credit to the team for its fighting spirit and singled out Barcelona’s former star, Keita, for his efforts in carrying his team.“Having coached Mali before, I know that they are a slow side and knew what to do. But I must commend them for their play and especially Keita.” On if he felt fulfilled that he defeated Mali’s foreign coach in the tournament, the big boss noted that he is not in any way against foreign coaches working in Africa, but insists that only qualified foreign coaches should be given jobs.
He observed that many foreigners who come to Africa to coach only start their careers here and as such carpenters should not be hired as coaches, he said.
